Two kinds of warranty.

Device warranty
Covers a device you bought from us against hardware faults that appear during normal use. On refurbished and pre-owned devices it's our own 30-day warranty. On brand-new devices it's the manufacturer's warranty.
Repair warranty
Covers a repair we carried out — only the part we supplied and fitted, and our work fitting it. It doesn't cover the rest of the device.

Device warranty.

Brand-new devices

New devices come with the manufacturer's warranty. Its length and terms are set by the manufacturer and can differ by brand, model and country of purchase, so we don't promise one fixed period for every product.

  • Before you buy, ask us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the warranty for that exact product.
  • After you buy, check the warranty card in the box, or enter the serial number on the manufacturer's website or support app — for Apple, checkcoverage.apple.com.
  • Claims are handled by the manufacturer or its authorised service centre. Tell us your device and issue and we'll point you to the right one.

Refurbished and pre-owned devices

30 days from the day you receive it

If a covered fault appears, we'll repair it. If we can't repair it, we'll replace it with the same or an equivalent model. If neither is possible, we'll refund the purchase price.

Repair warranty.

Starts on the day you collect your repaired device. How long it lasts depends on the part we used.

Bringing your own part?

We're happy to fit it, but the repair isn't covered by our warranty. You only pay for installation and any other labour — and if the part fails or doesn't work, further work is charged as normal.

What isn't covered.

  • Accidental damage after purchase or repair, such as drops, cracks and bends.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Parts you supply yourself. Repairs using your own part carry no warranty; you pay only for installation and labour.
  • Normal wear, including cosmetic scuffs and scratches from use, and gradual battery ageing. A battery is covered only if it stops working, swells, or its health drops below 80% during the warranty period.
  • Software problems caused by jailbreaking, rooting, unofficial software or user settings.
  • A device with a different IMEI or serial number from the one we sold or repaired.

How damage affects your warranty

  • Damage such as a drop or liquid removes cover for the damaged parts and any fault the damage could have caused. Unrelated faults are still covered, and we'll explain our assessment.
  • Opening or repair by anyone else during the warranty period ends the warranty for the whole device.
