Delivery is made only to Police Stations or Major Malls - never to private residences. This protects both you and our couriers.
Outside a delivery zone? If you can't make it to one of the zones above, we can still deliver - a custom delivery fee of $140 - $200 TTD applies instead, based on distance. Just let us know when you order and we'll confirm the exact fee.

Payment & Verification

Verification depends on how you pay - we only ask for more when there's more risk involved.

Prepaid Online

No ID needed

Online transfer, PayPal, or Credit Card. Your payment confirmation is your verification - the name on the order should simply match the name on the payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since payment happens at handover, we ask for one lightweight verification step - pick whichever you're most comfortable with:

Photo of ID Any government-issued ID. Used only to confirm identity, then deleted - never stored or shared.
Quick WhatsApp Video A 10-second video showing your face and confirming your name and order - nothing to store, nothing to hand over.
Small Refundable Deposit $20-50 TTD via transfer, applied straight to your order total - not an extra cost.
